Kickoff
As I was scrolling through social media feeds, I came across one interesting cookie recipe. I really wanted to make it but I’m always busy with other things. My option was to keep it for a later time, but where would be a good place that I wouldn’t lose it? At that moment, I knew I needed an application to keep all these interesting recipes.
Research
Findings Summary
- Many people came across interesting recipes online but didn’t have time to actually make them.
- They want a place to easily keep those recipes for later in one place and organized.
- When receiving recipes from parents or grandparents, they get lost over time.
User Persona
Ideation
The solution to this case would be a storage app to store recipes in place and organized, for both savouries and sweets. Users could choose to publish their profile, or not, and they could share their recipes with others. Also, they could favourite a recipe when they like it more than the other.
Name Decision
I played around with words that are related to cooking and baking. Such as flavours, flour / flower, food blog, food lover. Then I mixed all the words to “flover”.
